Manifest

You get one life. And the odds that you exist are absurd. Most people spend it running a script someone else wrote.

I know the script. I spent 25 years writing it.

Ads, offers, funnels. The machinery that turns wants into orders.

The machine isn’t evil by itself. But it’s better at knowing you than you know yourself. That’s the problem.

Health is where it does the most damage. People buy potential fixes for lives they never chose.

So that’s where I start.

I take health ads apart, one at a time, so you can see the strings.

Not so you buy nothing. So you choose. On purpose, with open eyes.

Just don’t trust me either. Check everything. Me included.

Because I’m not there yet either; I left the default life.

Europe to Mauritius, three kids, best shape of my life at 44, work I choose, aligned with what I believe in.

And we’re building further. A different way to live. I’ll show you when it’s real.

The point was never ads. The point is: take your life back.

Ads are just where the strings are easiest to see.
