Short version: this site collects almost nothing, and never sells anything it collects.
This site is served by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. The signup form runs on Vercel too. It passes your email straight to beehiiv and doesn’t keep it. To deliver the site securely and fend off abuse, Vercel processes technical connection data (IP address, browser type, timestamps) in server logs, which are kept briefly and deleted automatically. Details in Vercel’s privacy policy.
Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google’s servers, which see your IP address in the process. Details in Google’s privacy policy.
If you ask for the free PDF, you give me your email. I store it with beehiiv, Inc. (USA), the tool I use to send the PDF and my emails after. beehiiv also records where you signed up (my site, or a link from Instagram). I tag you with the PDF you asked for, and with “Instagram” if that’s where you came from. My emails record whether they were opened and which links were clicked.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you press the button. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. After that beehiiv keeps your address marked as unsubscribed so you aren’t emailed again, unless you ask me to delete it. beehiiv processes the data in the US under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. I don’t sell or share the list.
No advertising trackers, no cookies, no analytics. If that ever changes, it will be cookieless, privacy-first — and written here first.
